The enclosed area will be designated and utilized as a home office, <br />enhancing the livability and functionality of the unit while preserving the architectural character of <br />the building. <br />understand that this project will be subject to full compliance with the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />zoning regulations, Florida Building Code requirements, and all applicable condominium <br />association rules.
