FL 33132 <br />PUBLIC SCHOOL CONCURRENCY PROPORTIONATE SHARE <br />MITIGATION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS PUBLIC SCHOOL CONCURRENCY PROPORTIONATE SHARE <br />MITIGATION DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement "), is made and <br />entered this day of by and between THE <br />SCHOOL BOARD OF NIIAi1il -DADS COUNTY, FLORIDA, a body corporate and <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "School Board" or <br />"School District," whose address is 1450 NE 2 N Avenue, Miami, Florida 33132: CITY <br />OF SUNNI' ISLES BEACH, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter <br />referred to as "City," whose address is 1 5070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />331% and PMG -S2 SUNNI' ISLES, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," whose address is 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite <br />1510, 114iami, Florida 33131, collectively referred to herein as the "Parties." <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant (also referred to herein as "Property Owner ") is the <br />fee simple owner of that certain tract of land (Folio it 3 1 22 1 1 00401 1 0) located in the <br />City, more particularly described on Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein (the "Property ").
