RESOLUTION NO. 2014 - 235( <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING BUDGET <br />AMENDMENT NO. BA1314 -07 TO FISCAL YEAR 2013/2014 BUDGET <br />FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF BUDGET TO REFLECT ACTUAL <br />EXPENDITURES AT END OF FISCAL YEAR 2013/2014, ATTACHED <br />HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A'; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br />TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS <br />RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission approved personnel, operating and capital expenditures <br />for the Fiscal Year 2013/2014 Budget: and <br />WHEREAS, the payment of approved expenditures requires certain budget amendments <br />to the Fiscal Year 2013 /2014 Budget. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CONUMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approval of Budget Amendment. The Cite Commission hereby approves Budget <br />Amendment No. BA L314 -07. for Fiscal Year 2013/2014 adopted budget for reclassification of <br />budget to reflect actual expenditures at year end, attached hereto as Exhibit "A ". <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date. This Resolution will become effective upon adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18" day of December 2014. <br />George V.
