Section 1. Expenditure of Budgeted Funds. The City Commission hereby authorize the <br />expenditure of budgeted funds with the Vendor for the purchase of the desired Goods, in an <br />amount not to exceed One Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($110,000.00). <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br />the SaaS Agreement and to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
