(i) the words "hereof," <br />"hereby," "herein," "hereto," and "hereunder" and words of similar import shall refer to this Agreement <br />as a whole and not to any particular Section or paragraph of this Agreement; (ii) the words "include," <br />"includes" or "including" are deemed to be followed by the words "without limitation;" (iii) references <br />to a "Section" or "Exhibit" are references to a section of, or exhibit to this Agreement; and (iv) derivative <br />forms of defined terms will have correlative meanings.
