NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified <br />and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part by this Ordinance <br />upon adoption hereof. <br />Section 2. Budget Amendment. The Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 adopted by <br />Ordinance No. 2025-635 is hereby amended as Amendment No. BA2526-01 to reflect the <br />revisions in Exhibit "A". All other terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 2025-635 not <br />otherwise amended by this Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to take all <br />actions necessary to implement the terms and conditions of this Ordinance. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
