(the "Association") has <br />received the required license and insurance information for New Vision Construction and Design <br />("Contractor"), in connection with die "Proposed Work" (as defined below) to be performed in the <br />Unit. The Board of Directors of the Association grants permission to the Contractor to submit an <br />application for a building permit with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida (the "City"), for the <br />Proposed Work. <br />The "Proposed Work" shall consist of remodeling to create a new parcel from existing parcel as <br />indicated per the plan sheets A0.00, A1.01, A2.01, E1, E2, M1, M2, MD 1 dated 06-07-2024, submitted <br />to the Association on December 15, 2025 consisting of eight pages (the "Plans") and reviewed by the <br />Falcon Group (see enclosed Owner Improvement Letter dated December 15, 2025). The Proposed <br />Work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable and relevant provisions of the Declaration <br />of the Condominium, recorded in the Official Records Boot; 32920, Page 4380-4584 of the Public <br />Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, and the Contractor & Vendor Work Policy ("Policy") <br />included in the Rules and Regulations for 777 Via Acqualina Condominium Association, Inc. <br />(collectively the "Condominium Documents"). <br />The Association's approval of the Proposed Work, is conditioned upon the following: <br />1. Contractor performing the Proposed Work in accordance with the PIans and Condominium <br />Documents; <br />2. Contractor pulling alI necessary permits as required by the City and governmental authorities; <br />and <br />3.
