We at Tiffany Gardens (a condominium community of 195 <br />units) have found the Cool. Water team. to be highly professional; extremely competent and extraordinarily customer <br />focused. <br />Over the last several years, we have had extensive experience working with Cool Water professionals (both <br />leaderslilp•tearn alnd techhidans) for the.installatidn' of:our major cooling system equipment and for the. ongoing <br />preventative maintenance of That equipment. We have. never been disappointed wit theft (performance. 4[I tasks <br />related to equipment installations arid ongoing preventative maintenance were always coplefed on time, stayed <br />vvithin budget and produced outcomes that far exceeded ex1 pectations. The quality of their pedforrhance is beyond <br />reproach. <br />Our monthly cooling system preventative maintenance service through Cool Water is quite extensive. Preventative <br />maintenance :services include the follow ,log: inspection of all gaoling system equipment; routine servicing to <br />maximize the life of the equipment; and replenishment of supplies (such as. chemicals that are automatically InJected <br />into the cooling system water lines to. keep the water and lines. clear). As stated earlier, all tasks are performed at <br />levels that far.rxceed expectations. <br />Cool water is also in the process of implementing a remote control and monitoring.program for our cooling system <br />equipment which will further enhance the. Cool Watet teamis ability to maintain our equipment.
