CONFIDENTIAL 16
SIMILAR PROJECTS - REFERENCES
Avondale, AZ -
Stacy Swainston CPRP, Recreation Manager
Parks & Recreation Department
City Hall | 11465 W. Civic Center Drive | Avondale, AZ 85323
(623) 333-2413 | sswainston@avondaleaz.gov
Project cost year 1 - $84,928.70 and was in budget
Scope: Artistic Holiday Designs, selected as the prime contractor by Avondale, AZ through a RFP
process, is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage of holiday
lighting to enhance the city’s ambiance and foster community engagement during the Winter Fest.
Our team implemented distinctive holiday decor displays across various areas, including City Hall
and City Center, each adorned with unique themes. We used mini lights to intricately wrap trees and
RGB flood lights were strategically positioned atop trees, enhancing the area’s ambiance with specific
colors per theme. At the City Hall, we’ve orchestrated a mesmerizing light show featuring a tree that
synchronizes with dynamic illuminating and changing colors in harmony with different songs played
hourly. This synchronization created an immersive experience where lights dance in coordination with
the music. Our contract commenced in 2022 and now continues to the present day, ensuring the
ongoing enchantment of the cityscape during the holiday season.
CONFIDENTIAL
