Staffing Plan & Key Personnel <br />Experience & Qualifications - Key Positions <br />Samantha Barkus - Chief Operating Officer <br /> <br />Samantha provides executive oversight for all operations, ensuring alignment across internal teams <br />and adherence to contract requirements. She oversees strategic planning, logistics, scheduling <br />oversight, and quality assurance while supporting high-level coordination with City stakeholders. <br />Samantha remains available for escalations and ensures all project objectives are delivered <br />efficiently, safely, and effectively throughout the duration of the program. <br />Jordan Murry – Director of Operations <br />Jordan leads all field operations, including installation, logistics, crew management, equipment <br />coordination, and safety compliance. With extensive experience managing large-scale holiday <br />lighting programs, he oversees project scheduling, field deployment, installation execution, and <br />operational efficiency to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality <br />standards. <br />Jordan also oversees dedicated maintenance response crews assigned throughout the holiday <br />season to address outages, repairs, weather impacts, and operational issues in a timely manner, <br />ensuring all displays remain operational and visually consistent. <br />Ronda Jacob – Creative Director <br />Ronda leads all creative development, including concept design, renderings, décor planning, and <br />visual coordination. With over 15 years of experience in the holiday décor industry, she ensures each <br />project delivers a cohesive, visually impactful, and engaging holiday experience aligned with the <br />City’s vision, branding, and public environment. <br />Sonya Bakrou – Export & Administrative Manager <br />Sonya manages procurement coordination, technical documentation, scheduling support, and <br />coordination with manufacturing and logistics partners. With extensive experience in international <br />trade and project logistics, she ensures all décor elements, specifications, custom components, and <br />project materials are delivered accurately and on schedule. <br />Alexander Shinn – Executive Project Manager <br />Alexander will serve as the primary point of contact for the City and is responsible for day-to-day <br />project coordination, communication, and overall account management. He oversees scheduling, <br />client coordination, internal team alignment, and project reporting to ensure a seamless process from <br />planning through final completion. Alexander also coordinates operational timelines, maintenance <br />response communication, and ongoing collaboration with City staff throughout the holiday season.
