Accordingly, the submitted financial statements are internally prepared business <br />financial statements. <br />Rileighs Outdoor, LLC dba Holiday Outdoor Decor is also a seasonal business. As part of its normal <br />annual operating cycle, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and unearned revenue typically <br />peak during November and December.
