Installation & Technical Personnel <br />Our installation crews are trained in: <br />• Commercial lighting installation <br />• Lift and bucket truck operation <br />• Electrical safety protocols <br />• Rigging and secure mounting systems <br />• Traffic safety procedures <br />• Public-space installation coordination <br />All personnel assigned to the project are experienced in working within active public <br />environments while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and minimal disruption to residents and <br />visitors. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br />Project Management & Availability <br />Shadrack Productions will assign a dedicated Project Manager as the primary point of contact for <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach throughout the duration of the contract. The Project Manager will <br />oversee: <br />• Design coordination <br />• Scheduling and logistics <br />• Installation oversight <br />• Quality control inspections <br />• Maintenance coordination <br />• Emergency response management <br />• Removal operations <br />The Project Manager and support staff will remain available throughout installation, <br />maintenance, and removal periods to coordinate directly with City representatives and respond <br />promptly to operational needs. <br /> <br />Staffing Plan <br />Shadrack Productions maintains a scalable staffing structure capable of meeting aggressive <br />installation and removal schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship and public <br />safety standards.
