Section (Continued): Licensing, Certifications & Work Samples <br />Licensing & Regulatory Status <br />The State of Florida Department of Business and <br />Professional Regulation (DBPR) does not require a specific <br />license to design and implement holiday lighting and décor <br />installations. Miami Holiday Lights is fully compliant with all <br />applicable state and local regulatory requirements. <br />However, Miami Holiday Lights recognizes that professional <br />excellence goes beyond minimum licensing requirements. It <br />is critical and vital to our firm that we: <br />Attend educational events and national industry <br />conventions <br />Maintain active membership in professional <br />associations <br />Stay current with the latest innovations in lighting <br />technology, design, and installation safety <br />Professional Associations & Industry Involvement <br />Miami Holiday Lights and its parent company, AOM Events <br />Miami Los Angeles, LLC, maintain active involvement in <br />national industry associations and conventions, including <br />Meeting Professionals International (MPI) 4 the world's <br />largest meeting and event industry organization. This <br />ongoing professional development ensures our team <br />delivers designs that reflect the highest current standards <br />in the industry. <br />Work Samples: Similar Past Projects (Government & High-Profile Clients) <br />Per RFP 26-04-01 requirements, the following three (3) <br />sample projects represent work executed within the last <br />year and demonstrate our direct experience with <br />government agencies, public venues, and high-profile <br />clients: <br />Sample Project : Miami International Airport (MIA) <br />Client: Miami-Dade <br />County (Government <br />Agency) <br />Scope: Full holiday <br />lighting installation <br />across North, Central, <br />and South Terminals; <br />62 exterior Medjool <br />palms; custom RGB <br />kinetic light installation <br />at the new outdoor <br />Miami Gardens area. <br />Thousands of <br />suspended RGB strands <br />with tropical movement <br />effects, illuminated <br />holiday chimneys, <br />dynamic spheres, and <br />purple light displays <br />throughout the terminal <br />complex. <br />Sample Project : North Miami — Enchanted Place Installation <br />Client: City / <br />Municipality <br />Scope: Large-scale <br />outdoor holiday lighting <br />and décor installation <br />for a public community <br />space, delivering an <br />immersive, enchanted <br />holiday environment for <br />residents and visitors. <br />Sample Project : Seminole Casino — "Winterland Wonderland" <br />Client: Seminole Casino (High-Profile <br />Private/Commercial Client) <br />Scope: Design and full production of "Winterland <br />Wonderland," a large-scale themed holiday destination <br />experience, including custom lighting, décor, and <br />experiential design elements for casino guests <br />throughout the holiday season. <br />Full project portfolios, photographs, and client references for all three sample projects are available upon request <br />and will be submitted as required attachments to this proposal. <br />RFP 26-04-01 3 Citywide Holiday Lighting & Decorating…17
