Installation Timeline & Key Milestones <br />Miami Holiday Lights is fully prepared to meet all required milestones established by the City of Sunny Isles Beach. A <br />detailed project implementation plan will be provided to City staff by July 1 of each contract year. Our structured scheduling <br />system ensures on-time delivery and consistent quality control across all locations and groups. <br />August <br />City walk-through to verify all power and outlets <br />are fully functioning September , <br />Full written deficiency report submitted; follow-up <br />walk-through completed for any insufficient itemsOctober , <br />All street pole décor, right-of-way décor, and tree <br />wrapping (on street and in parks) fully installed November , <br />All park décor installed and complete; all <br />contracted items finished with written City <br />approvalNovember , <br />Full activation 4 all lights powered on; all displays <br />programmed on timers lit no later than 5:30 p.m.Jan ‒, <br />Complete removal of all décor; parks restored to <br />original pre-holiday condition <br />For subsequent years, the awarded Contractor will work with the City to determine an agreed-upon installation and removal <br />schedule, intended to mirror the 2026 timeline.
