This is the third and <br />final renewal option for IFB No. 1164387, City of Miami, which was awarded to our parent company <br />Waterfield Florida Staffing, LLC on October 14th, 2021. Staffing Connection, our school crossing guard <br />division is a d/b/a of Water -field Florida Staffing, LLC. <br />The contract provides that, upon renewal, billing rates may be increased in accordance with the annual <br />change in the Consumer Price Index for the Miami -Fort Lauderdale -West Palm Beach, FL metropolitan <br />area. All items, as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Based on the most recent data, all - <br />items increased 2.1% over the twelve months ending February 2026 (release dated March 11, 2026). <br />Our company respectfully requests that the contract bill rate be adjusted by 2.1%. The increase in bill <br />rate will be passed to the school crossing guards as an increase in payrate. Pay rate increase will be <br />effective with the renewal from June 61h, 2026 —June 5th, 2027. <br />The bill rate for crossing guards will be $21.42 and $26.77 for one field supervisor. <br />City schedule will include: 13 crossing guards at 4 hours per day and 1 field supervisor at 6 hours per day <br />Post locations: <br />1. 183rd St./Collins Avenue 2 guards <br />2. 178th St./Collins Avenue 2 guards <br />3. 183d St./Collins Avenue 2 guards <br />4. 182"d St./N.
