IRUNIFIED <br />TECHNOLOGIES1098111 <br />f <br />The purpose of the planning phase is to allow for the lead engineers from R2 to fully understand <br />both the technical and business requirements as it relates to how to technically configure the <br />equipment as it pertains to this SOW. R2 often uses technical workshops as the method for the <br />R2 lead engineer to come away with all of the information required to pre -configure, test, and <br />implement the solution. Client should be prepared to provide detailed information to the lead <br />engineer regarding the environment that pertains to this SOW. <br />If during a workshop it is determined that additional tasks are required to be performed by R2 <br />that are not outlined in this SOW or were not originally intended to be part of this project, a <br />change order at the end of this SOW will be utilized to make modifications to this project and <br />SOW. <br />R2 Responsibilities: <br />o Conduct a requirement gathering and technical workshops <br />Review current environment <br />m Create implementation strategy <br />Client Responsibilities: <br />® Be involved in the implementation strategy and provide information about the <br />requirements <br />o Approve implementation strategy <br />Required Resources: <br />m R2 lead engineer <br />9 Client project lead and technical representative(s) <br />Deliverables: <br />a Implementation plan and deployment schedule <br />Statement of Work page 7 of 40 <br />
