TOSHIBA <br />Project Services shall be provided pursuant to the "Project Contract' which consists of the following: <br />This SOS together with (check the applicable agreement(s)): <br />A checkmark incorporates the referenced document into this SOS. <br />Toshiba Solutions <br />❑ Elevate Sky ("Elevate Sky").* <br />Toshiba Partner Solutions <br />❑X Master Software and Services Agreement ("MSSA"). <br />Master Software and Services Agreement <br />Individually or collectively, Elevate Sky and/or the MSSA (as selected above) and the applicable <br />software terms (End User License Agreement, Terms of Use or Terms of Service)* shall be referred <br />to herein as the "Agreement." The SOS is subject and subordinate to the Agreement.
