3.2 Communication and Reporting: <br />• Provide weekly correspondence and informational updates to the City during the <br />annual 60-day legislative session, during interim committee schedules, and in the <br />event any Special Sessions are convened. <br />• Submit a written closing report summarizing outcomes of the legislative session <br />within one week of its conclusion, and a comprehensive final report within 60 days. <br />• Notify the City Commission, City Manager, and staff of any critical developments, <br />deadlines, or actions affecting the City as they occur. <br />• Provide periodic reports outside of legislative sessions on interim committee <br />meetings, federal rulemaking, studies, or anticipated legislation. <br />• Submit an annual accomplishments report summarizing outcomes related to the <br />firm's efforts and deliver an in -person presentation to the City Commission. <br />END OF SECTION <br />
