Miscellaneous - a. Notices. All notices required by, permitted by or otherwise related to this Agreement shall be in writing and sent by facsimile, overnight courier, hand, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested with all postage fully paid to the relevant Party at the address set forth below the signature block below. A Party may change or provide additional notice information to the other by giving notice in accordance with this section. A notice shall be deemed to have been received by a Party: (i) if delivered by hand or sent by overnight courier, on the day of delivery if a Business Day, or if not a Business Day, on the immediately following Business Day, (ii) if sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, on the date of receipt, and (iii) if transmitted by facsimile, at the time of transmission with answer back confirmation of receipt. b. Counterparts; Facsimile Signatures, The Parties may execute this Agreement in multiple counterparts, each of which constitutes an original, and all of which, collectively, constitute only one agreement.
