10SVNN Y.,,SFfAFIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND <br />PORT CONSOLIDATED, INC. <br />CONTRACT NO.2022-6762 <br />THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT between the CITY OF SUNNY <br />ISLES BEACH (hereinafter "City") and PORT CONSOLIDATED, INC., a Florida corporation, <br />whose Federal Employer Ide tification (FEI) Number is 59-1173292 (hereinafter "Contractor"), <br />executed this IU+A day of`,M026, is made a part of the original Agreement between the City <br />and Contractor, dated March 15, 2022 (hereinafter "the Agreement"), attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"l." The City and Contractor hereby agree as follows: <br />1. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. City and Contractor wish to amend Section 5 of the <br />Agreement, entitled "Compensation," to provide additional compensation for the Services in an <br />amount not to exceed Thirty -Seven Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($37,000.00). The additional <br />compensation provided herein will bring the total Agreement to a not -to -exceed amount of Three <br />Hundred Twelve Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($312,000.00). <br />2. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, <br />all terms and conditions of the original Agreement between the parties, dated March 15, 2022 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />3. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
