We have a pump station on City property, at City Hall, and in order <br />to ensure efficient operations, have contracted with vendors to deliver fuel directly to our pump <br />station. <br />Port Consolidated, Inc. was awarded a contract through RFP E-03-22 for the City of Pompano Beach <br />We can therefore piggyback this contract, for a term of 5 years, which will ensure we are receiving a <br />competitive rate. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />The term of this contract will be for five (5) years, with a not -to -exceed amount of two hundred <br />seventy five thousand dollars ($275,000) or fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) per year. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funding is budgeted for and available in 110-6-5440-452044-00000. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Agreement <br />Item Number: 10.6 <br />168 <br />
