#I. Every bicycle and electric bicycle in use between sunset and sunrise shall be equipped with a lamp on the front exhibiting a white light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet to the front and a lamp on the rear exhibiting a red light visible from a distance of 600 feet to the rear, except that a red reflector meeting the requirements of this article may be used in lieu of the red light. 1J. Every bicycle and electric bicycle shall be equipped with a brake or brakes that allow the rider to stop within 25 feet from a speed of 10 miles per hour on dry, level, clean pavement. JK.
