Ordinances, for a fine of no less than $250.00, and no less than $500.00 for any <br />subsequent violation. Any person who commits a violation may also be subject to a <br />noncriminal traffic infraction or pedestrian violation, as set forth in F.S. §316.2065, and <br />F. S. Chapter 318. <br />Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances, or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be, and the <br />same, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />Section 6. Severability. If any section, subsection, clause or provision of this Ordinance is <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder shall not <br />be affected by such invalidity, but shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 7. Inclusion in the Code. It is the intention of the City Commission, and it is hereby <br />ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and made a part of the Code of <br />Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach; that the sections of this Ordinance may be <br />renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intentions; and that the word "Ordinance" shall <br />be changed to "Section" or other appropriate word, as required. <br />Section 8. Effective Date.
