14.9 Notice <br />14.9.1. In order for a notice to a party to be effective under this Contract, notice must <br />be sent via U.S. certified mail, overnight delivery, or hand delivery to the addresses listed <br />below and shall be effective upon mailing if sent by certified mail or overnight delivery and <br />effective upon receipt if hand delivered.
