funds to a Metropolitan City, Urban County, unit of general local government, or insular <br />area that directly or indirectly receives CDBG funds in exchange for any funds, credits, or <br />non -Federal considerations, but must use such funds for activities eligible under Title I of <br />the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. <br />Additional provisions your Urban County may include (authorized by state/local laws) <br />Your Joint Agreements may also include any provisions authorized by state and local laws. <br />These provisions may legally require a Metropolitan City to undertake necessary actions, <br />as determined by your county, to carry out a community development program and the <br />approved Consolidated Plan and/or meet other requirements of the CDBG program <br />(and, where applicable, HOME and ESG programs) and other applicable laws. <br />52 <br />608 <br />
