RESOLUTION NO. 15-Z- I So <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ("CITY") APPROVING A SITE <br /> PLAN MODIFICATION APPLICATION (PZ2014-17) SUBMITTED <br /> BY TDR TOWERS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. (THE <br /> "APPLICANT") TO INCREASE THE EXISTING PARKING <br /> SPACES IN THE TDR TRUMP TOWERS I, II AND III, PARKING <br /> GARAGE FROM 1,050 TO 1,390 PARKING SPACES; PROVIDING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL <br /> THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; <br /> PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR <br /> REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> I. RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS,TDR Towers Master Association,Inc. (the"Applicant")submitted a site plan <br /> modification application (Application No. PZ2014-17) to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br /> requesting the following: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations,the Applicant is requesting approval of a site plan modification to increase the <br /> parking count from 1,050 to 1,390 parking spaces. <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 265-15 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations,the Applicant is requesting a building separation variance to permit a building <br /> separation of 0 feet where 100 feet is required pursuant to Section 265-35 D.(5)of the Land <br /> Development Regulations. <br /> 3. Pursuant to Section 265-15 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a building width variance to permit a 800 feet <br /> where 250 feet is allowed pursuant to Section 265-35 D.(6) of the Land Development <br /> Regulations. <br /> 4.
