PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Application Number: PZ2014-17 <br /> Application Summary: The Applicant is requesting approval of a site plan modification to <br /> increase the existing 1,050 parking spaces in the TDR Trump Towers <br /> I, II, III parking garage to 1,390 parking spaces. The original zoning <br /> approval consisting of three multifamily condominium towers with a <br /> total of 813 condominium units was issued pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> 05-Z-94, adopted on July 14th, 2005. As part of the site plan <br /> modification application, the Applicant is seeking approval of the <br /> following three variances: <br /> 1. A building separation variance of 0 feet where 100 feet are required. <br /> 2.
