ORDINANCE NO. 2015- LIS2 I AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2014-436; AMENDING THE CITY'S BUDGET NO. BA1415-03 FOR THE 2014-2015 FISCAL YEAR - GENERAL FUND; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, in accordance with Subsection 200.065 and 166.241, Florida Statutes and the City Charter, the City Commission adopted the Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 (the "Budget") by Ordinance No. 2014-436; and WHEREAS, the City's Finance Director has determined a need to amend the Budget for additional budgetary needs, reduction in budgeted revenue, and reclassifications; and WHEREAS. the City Commission has determined that it is necessary to amend the Budget, as set forth in Exhibit "A", based upon the review and analysis provided by the Finance Director. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section I: Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby ratified and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part by this Ordinance upon adoption hereof. Section 2: Budget Amendment. The Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 adopted by Ordinance No. 2014-436 is amended as Amendment No. BA1415-03 to reflect the revisions in Exhibit "A". All other terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 2014-436 not otherwise amended by this Ordinance remain in full force and effect. Section 3: Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to take all actions necessary to implement the terms and conditions of this Ordinance. Section 4: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective ten (10) days after adoption on second reading. 02015-Budget Amend 1141415-03 FY 2014-15 Page 1 of 2
