GALEN VON GLEICH, RA, LEED AP BIM Manager <br />Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards and FM Models as part of a Districtwide comprehensive <br />conversion /FM process. As a result, the Chris Evert Children's Hospital project is the first major BIM project <br />for the Broward Health District. <br />MIAMI -DADE FIRE RESCUE DEPARTMENT HOMESTEAD FIRE RESCUE STATION 70 LEED <br />CONSULTING, Homestead, Florida <br />ACAI was selected by the Miami -Dade Fire Rescue Department to provide LEED process management <br />services in achieving a LEED silver certification for Fire Station 70. Renovation and interior build out of commercial spaces. Both projects required <br />presentation to Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board and assisting tenants with planning relative to the <br />Board's requirements. <br />MIAMI BEACH APARTMENT COMPLEX REHABILITATION, Miami Beach, Florida <br />328 Jefferson Avenue — 5 unit Apartment Rehabilitation of 1930's structure.
