<br />Contractors, Engineers and LEED Professionals. At least one representative from each major discipline is included on the Management
<br />Team and will report to the Project Manager for coordination. All team members will be available to the City as needed, however the
<br />Project Manager will serve as the single point of contact to ensure that information is properly documented and distributed to all parties
<br />and that the adequacy and quality of the team's communications are consistent and in line with the project criteria. ACAI's corporate
<br />approach will involve all key organizational teams of the City of Sunny Isles Beach as directed throughout the project to ensure proper
<br />communication and coordination.

<br />ACAI is a licensed Architecture, General Contracting, Landscape Architecture and Engineering Firm and is qualified to practice in all
<br />of these disciplines. We have extensive cross - industry experience allowing us to help our clients find the best solution. As General
<br />Contractors we may apply for the Project Permit on behalf of our client. By doing this during the Bidding Phase, any permit questions can
<br />be resolved and any modifications, if required, can be issued to the Bidders by Addendum so that the Bid Price includes all costs and
<br />requirements.
<br />Our experience with property management, engineering, construction and technology sets us apart from the rest of the competition. We
<br />view our work from a different perspective: As a former owner of a property management company, we know about tenant moves, interior
<br />construction, expansions and new construction, space planning, programming, roofing, permitting, scheduling and the importance of
<br />being on time and on budget. These are typical issues of concern to Owners and area where we can help!
<br />Code Review is an important step during the design and building process since only plans that pass review can be implemented. Reviews
<br />are performed by highly skilled and experienced Architects and Engineers who rely on the state and local codes to serve as a guide to
<br />ensure compliance and consistency in your projects. While many codes and checklists exist, the actual decision and review is generally
<br />based on the experience of the person in charge. The ACAI Team has that experience. Having been in business for over 30 years and
<br />with staff with hundreds of years of combined local experience, ACAI is a team that can be trusted.
<br />In addition, ACAI's in -house staff includes two (2) experienced permit expediters who are very familiar with South Florida agencies and
<br />their requirements. They have in -depth knowledge of building code compliance requirements making this process as smooth as
<br />possible for our clients. Most of the battle in project permitting is knowing what to do, how to do it, who to submit it to, and what the proper
<br />follow -up procedures are. At ACAI we focus on all levels of state and local permitting for development projects and know how to get the
