Section 3 Scope of Services 3.1 SCOPE OF SERVICES • F L O �T The City of Sunny Isles Beach is a world class city that is looking for world class service. We plan to award to a vendor who can provide exemplary service and exceed expectations. We are looking for an Electrician who is a Florida State Licensed Contractor that will continue to help the City grow and prosper and who understands that they must keep the residents happy, while providing exceptional work. This bid is for City Wide Electrical Services including but not limited to: • Electrical and electronic installations and repairs, alterations and testing maintain the following systems on an on -call basis: electrical, alarm, communication, time HVAC controls, energy management wiring, refrigeration, internal and external lighting, switch gear, emergency generators and transfer switches, Transformers, distribution, computer and data networking circuits, theatrical lighting and sound, motors, emergency lighting and all other electrical apparatus, devices, fixtures, and wiring systems owned or operated by the City (collectively referred to "Scope of Services'). • Read and interpret plans, sketches and blueprints: prepare cost and time estimates for all types of electrical work; and recommend and order related supplies, equipment and materials required for performance of duties (collectively referred to as "Plans and Sketches'). • Replacing existing well lights at date palms to up lights with LED lamps along Collins Avenue from 171st Street south to 164th Street, and at Westbound Sunny Isles Blvd. There are 110 different fixtures. All fixtures have already been purchased by the City. • Replace existing light fixtures with new LED fixtures using existing poles and arms at 48 locations in Golden shores. Fixtures to be purchased by the City. Quote the labor only. • Electrician shall be on call and able to respond within a (two) 2 hour time window for emergency work on an as needed basis. • Florida State Licensed Contractor Certification Each Bidder shall be required to quote their hourly rate on Attachment "A ": Schedule of Vales.
