Hines, MMC, City Clerk <br /> DATE: 7/16/2015 <br /> Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve <br /> RE: Required Contracts, Agreements, and Purchase Orders <br /> During the Summer Recess <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> It is requested that the City Commission adopt the attached Resolution <br /> that provides authority to the City Manager to sign or renew contracts, <br /> agreements, and purchase orders during the summer recess. <br /> REASONS: <br /> The City Commission is not scheduled to meet between July 16, 2015 <br /> and the next regular meeting of September 17, 2015, and there may <br /> be new or existing contracts that require approval during that time <br /> period.
