CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Samson at 7:30 p.m., with the following <br /> officials present: <br /> Mayor David Samson <br /> Vice Mayor Danny Iglesias <br /> Commissioner Norman S. Edelcup <br /> Commissioner Gerry Goodman <br /> Commissioner Lila Kauffman <br /> City Manager Christopher J. Russo <br /> City Clerk Richard Brown-Morilla <br /> Deputy City Attorney Hans Ottinot <br /> INTRODUCTIONS: <br /> Mayor Samson called upon Vice Mayor Iglesias to lead everyone in the pledge of <br /> allegiance to the flag. He then read an introductory statement on decorum. <br /> He also announced that the polling place for the residents of Winston Towers had been <br /> changed to the 400 Building for the November election. <br /> Mayor Samson then introduced Shelley Eichner, City Planning Consultant, and Vice <br /> President of Calvin Giordano and Assoc. <br /> Public Speakers: Shelley Eichner; Jorge Vera; Diana Grub-Frieser <br /> 2. Synopsis of LDR's Workshops: i <br /> Ms. Eichner quickly reviewed some of the prior discussion from the previous workshops <br /> held on the proposed LDR's; and reviewed the synopsis that was done by Jorge Vera, <br /> Zoning Director. Mr. Vera also referred to the memo from Ms. Eichner dated October 8; <br /> 2002, on modifications to the draft LDR's. <br /> A.
