LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE TO PROPOSER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is seeking sealed Proposals for the following work as specified. CREATION OF A CULTURAL MASTER PLAN Request for Proposal No. 15 -08 -01 The Proposal Specifications for this Request for Proposal are available from DemandStar by calling 1.800.711.1712 or by accessing their website at www.demandstar.com. The Proposal Specifications may also be examined at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, Office of the City Clerk, 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Proposers who obtain the Proposal Specifications from sources other than DemandStar or the City of Sunny Isles Beach are cautioned that their Proposal response package may be incomplete. Addenda will be posted and disseminated by DemandStar at least five days prior to the submittal date to all Proposers who are listed on the official list. The City may not accept incomplete Proposals. Proposals shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated Proposals will not be accepted. Sealed Proposals will be received by the City Clerk no later than 2:30 PM, on October 1, 2015 at the Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, 4th floor, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160. Proposals received after this time will not be considered. The City is under no obligation to return Proposals. Timely submitted Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud at this time. The envelope containing the sealed Proposal must be clearly marked: "IMPORTANT, PROPOSAL ENCLOSED" Proposal No. 15 -08 -01 CREATION OF A CULTURAL MASTER PLAN OPENING DATE AND TIME: 2:30 PM A Mandatory Pre - Proposal Conference for all potential Proposers is set for 11:00 a.m. on September 17, 2015 in the 1 st Floor Conference Room at the City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center located at 18070 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida 33160. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informalities, and to accept the Proposal, which best serves the interest of, and represents the best value to, the City in conformity with the criteria set forth in Section 62 -8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. All questions regarding Request for Proposal No. 15 -08 -01 shall be directed in writing to Jane A. Hines, MMC, City Clerk, at least five (5) business days prior to the date of the Proposal opening.
