APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> ACTION: Commissioner Morrow moved and Commissioner Kauffman seconded a motion <br /> to approve the minutes of the March 12, 1998, Commission Meeting. The motion was <br /> approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4.
