ORDINANCE NO. 2015 - to <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 265 <br /> "ZONING" SECTION 265-18 OF THE CITY CODE TO REQUIRE <br /> SUBMISSION OF A STAGING PLAN FOR DEMOLITION AND <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTIIAS A <br /> REQUIREMENT OF THE SITE PLAN APPLICATION PROCESS; <br /> PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF <br /> CONFLICTING PROVISIONS; PROVIDING FOR INCLUSION IN THE <br /> CODE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS. the City Commission wishes to amend Section 265-18 of the City Code to <br /> require the submission of a staging plan for demolition and construction of the development project <br /> as a requirement of the site plan application process; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Commission, acting as the City Local Planning Agency, pursuant to <br /> Section 57-2 of the City Code, reviewed and made recommendations regarding the proposed <br /> amendment to the City land development regulations. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br /> OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Incorporation of Recitals. The foregoing "WHEREAS"clauses are hereby ratified <br /> and confirmed as being true and correct and are hereby made a specific part by this Ordinance <br /> upon adoption hereof. <br /> Section 2. Amendment. Section 265-18 of the City Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> § 265-18. —Administrative site plan review. <br /> E. Site plan submission requirements. An application for site plan review shall include 15 sets <br /> of folded and collated plans containing the following: <br /> (3) Site development plans (Scale to be one inch equals 20 feet unless prior approval is <br /> received otherwise) shall include in proper form, detail, dimension and scale, the following: <br /> (s) Estimated construction cost of the entire development project <br /> (t) Artwork appraised value. <br /> 1 <br />
