Approval of Minutes for the January 13, 2010 Historic Preservation Board Meeting. <br /> Action: Cassey Gabor made a correction on page 5,it should be a walkway/pathway through the <br /> mangroves in Town Center Park not the pedestrian bridge. City Clerk Hines will make the <br /> correction. <br /> Trina Duluc moved and Janet Cini seconded a motion to approve the January 13,2010 Board <br /> meeting summary minutes, as amended. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 7-0 <br /> in favor. <br /> 3. Review of the Designation Report filed by Ellen Uguccioni and Discussion of possible <br /> designation of Temple B'Nai Zion as a Historic Site. <br /> Action: City Historian Schulman said that this evening's meeting is to solely discuss the <br /> Consultant's Report and recommendationon Temple B'Nai Zion's qualifications as an historic <br /> site in the City of Sunny Isles Beach. He rioted that there are only four sites in Sunny Isles Beach <br /> designated as historic sites by the Dade County Preservation Board which includes: 1) the <br /> Newport Fishing Pier built in 1936, designated in 1982; 2) the Atlantic Isles Entrance Bridge <br /> built in the mid-1920's designated in 1984; 3)the Atlantic Isles Lagoon Bridge built in the mid- <br /> 1920's designated in 1984; and, 4) in Atlantic Isles the Water Court Villa home located at 334 <br /> Atlantic Isle which was built and lived in by founder Harvey Baker Graves in 1920,designated in <br /> 1984.
