Call to Order by Chairperson: <br /> Action: Chairperson Joe Masters called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The following <br /> Committee Members and City Officials were present: <br /> Committee Members: City Officials: <br /> Joe Masters, Chairperson City Attorney Hans Ottinot <br /> Shari Blank Assistant City Attorney Fernando Amuchastegui <br /> Phillip Chemoff(arrived at 7:08 p.m.) City Clerk Jane A. Hines, CMC <br /> Janet Cini <br /> Mark Glicksman City Liaison: <br /> Seth Bramson (Honorary) Richard C. Schulman, City Historian <br /> Absent: <br /> Trina Duluc (excused-out of State) <br /> Cassey Gabor (excused-out of Country) <br /> Guests: <br /> Ellen J. Uguccioni, Consultant <br /> Trisha Logan. Aide to Ms. Uguccioni <br /> Interested parties <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes for the March 9, 2010 Historic Preservation Board Meeting. <br /> Action: Shari Blank moved and Janet Cini seconded a motion to approve the March 9,2010 <br /> Board meeting summary minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 4-0-3 <br /> (Phillip Chernoff arrived late; Trina Duluc and Cassey Gabor absent) in favor. <br /> City Attorney Hans Ottinot stated that Temple B'Nai Zion, Inc. has filed a suit against the City <br /> and late today he received an Order that precludes us from moving forward with the Hearing. <br /> The Circuit Court has ordered that the Historic Preservation Board not to conduct its hearing <br /> tonight. On that basis the City Attorney requested that the hearing be rescheduled in 60 days on <br /> a date certain,and after discussion the Board scheduled it on Tuesday,June 22,2010 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> in the First Floor Meeting Room. <br /> 3. Public Hearing on the Possible Designation of Temple B'Nai Zion as an Historic Site. <br /> Action: Deferred to June 22, 2010. <br /> Summary Minutes: 2010-0427 HPB Mtg Page 1 of 2 <br />
