Call to Order by Chairperson: <br /> Action: Chairperson Jorge Camaraza called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m., and each Member <br /> introduced themselves. Russo <br /> Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br /> City Liaison: <br /> David Udoff <br /> Absent: <br /> Natalie Minervina <br /> Warren J. Stamm (excused: out of town) <br /> 2. Approval of Minutes of the October 14, 2014 Historic Preservation Board Meeting. <br /> Action: City Liaison David Udoff noted a change on page 1 of the minutes under the <br /> Introduction of David Udoff. The sentence regarding"Are You Aware"was revised to"David <br /> said he also wrote the "Are You Aware" monthly column published in the Sunny Isles Beach <br /> Community Newspaper as well as on the City's website." <br /> Shari Blank moved and Ari Steiger seconded a motion to approve the above-mentioned <br /> summary minutes,as amended. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0-2 [Natalie <br /> Minervina and Warren Stamm absent] in favor. <br /> Change Order of Agenda: It was requested that Item No. 4. Report from City Manager <br /> Russo, be heard after the Minutes. <br /> Shari Blank moved and Jorge Camaraza seconded a motion to change the order of the agenda <br /> by hearing Item 4 before Item 3.
