The City Clerk read the title, and the City Attorney repeated the disclaimer [see Agenda item VI (1)] for this and the next zoning item regarding legal advertising and availability of the record. A Court Reporter administered the oath to any witnesses for this and the next zoning item. Peter Weiner, Esq., requested a deferral of the item until February 26, 1998. Commissioner Iglesias moved, and Commission Kauffman seconded a motion to defer the item until February 26, 1998, which was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor.
