SUMMARY MINUTES City of Sunny Isles Beach Special City Commission Meeting - Thursday, May 27, 1999 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS The meeting was called to order by Mayor Samson at 5:01 p.m. with the following officials being present: Mayor David Samson Vice Mayor Irving Turetsky Commissioner Danny Iglesias Commissioner Lila Kauffman Commissioner Connie Morrow City Manager James DiPietro City Clerk Richard Brown-Morilla City Attorney Lynn Dannheisser 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ACTION: Commissioner Connie Morrow led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. 3. ZONING:ZONING HEARINGS ARE QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARINGS. 3A. Zoning Public Hearing No. Z 99-02 REQUEST OF INTERCOASTAL YACHT CLUB TRUST OWNER OF PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH BLVD. AND BETWEEN NORTH BAY ROAD AND THE INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Modification of condition #1C of Resolution 98-Z-8 passed and adopted by the City Commissioners of the City of Sunny Isles Beach on May 28, 1998 reading as follows: From #2:That in the approval of the plan, the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled "Intercoastal Yacht Club Apartments," prepared by Salvador M. Cruxent/Architect dated revised February 26, 1998 sheets 1 thru 5 and 7 and dated revised January 19, 1998 on sheets 6 and 9 and dated revised January 22, 1998 on sheet 8. To #2: That in the approval of the plan the same be substantially in accordance with that submitted for the hearing entitled "Intercoastal Yacht Club Apartments," prepared by Salvador M. Cruxent/Architect dated revised March 15, 1999 sheet A1.1 and dated revised March 12, 1999 on sheets A2-3, A2-7, A2-11, A2-16, A3-1, A4-4, A4-5, A4-6, A4-7.
