She said that <br /> enforcement with citations would be delayed for six months after adoption. <br /> Public Speakers: Don Stewart; Bob Geise; Code and Licensing Enforcement Officer <br /> Christopher Steers <br /> Vice Mayor Turetsky moved and Commissioner Morrow seconded a motion to adopt the <br /> ordinance on second reading. Ordinance No. 99-70 was adopted by a roll call vote <br /> of 4-0-1 in favor. <br /> Vote: Commissioner Iglesias yes <br /> Commissioner Kauffman absent <br /> Commissioner Morrow yes <br /> Vice-Mayor Turetsky yes <br /> Mayor Samson yes <br /> 8B.
