1 <br /> Mayor Samson moved and Commissioner Iglesias seconded a motion to approve the <br /> proposed ordinance on first reading with the following amendments: <br /> 1) an overall 55 story height limitation; and <br /> 2) page 4, "unified ownership or control by unity of title ..."; and <br /> 3) page 27, "excluding water submerged lands ; and <br /> 4) page 31, Building Amenities Bonus, (b)f l"...up to a maximum of twenty (20%) <br /> percent of the total floor area bonus shall be excluded from calculation of allowable <br /> floor area ratio uthe'I)I5C gr autcd fur the building. [City Clerk's Note: see also <br /> Lunney's handout (as corrected by the City Attorney) for specific language of new <br /> paragraph]: and adding a new paragraph (b)(ii); and <br /> 5) granting authority to the Building Official to include such other technical <br /> amendments as he deems appropriate based on the issues discussed with Charles <br /> Sieger; and • <br /> 6) pages 32 and 37, adding the words "and management." <br /> The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor.
