Commissioner Turetsky noted that the <br /> responsibility is being switched from the Police Department to Licensing and Code <br /> Enforcement. <br /> Public Speakers: Gerry Goodman <br /> Vice Mayor Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to adopt <br /> the ordinance.
