Action: City Clerk Brown-Morilla read the title and City Attorney Dannheisser gave her report for both items 7H and 7I. Public Speakers: none Vice Mayor Kauffman moved and Commissioner Morrow seconded a motion to approve the proposed ordinance on first reading. The motion was approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor.
