Regular City Commission Meeting—February 22, 2001. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to <br /> approve the Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> 4A. Request to Hear Items. <br /> Action: None <br /> 5.
