Richard Schulman led the Pledge <br /> of Allegiance to the flag, and gave an invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—February 22, 2001. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Kauffman moved and Commissioner Turetsky seconded a motion to <br /> approve the Summary Minutes.
