The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to provide and proper place all concrete <br />reinforcement steel, welded wire fabric, couplers, and concrete inserts for use in the reinforced <br />concrete and masonry construction and all appurtenant work, including all the wires, clips, supports, <br />chairs, spacers, and other accessories as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. <br /> <br />1.02 APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS: The following standard specifications shall apply to the Work of this <br />section: <br />A. American Concrete Institute (ACI): <br />1. ACI 318 Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete <br />2. ACI SP-66 Detailing Manual <br />B. American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM): <br />1. ASTM A 82 Standard Specification for Steel Wire, Plain, for Concrete Reinforcement <br />2. ASTM A 185 Standard Specification for Steel Welded Wire Reinforcement, Plain, for Concrete <br />3. ASTM A 615 Standard Specification for Deformed and Plain Billet-Steel Bars for Concrete <br />Reinforcement <br />4. ASTM A 775 Standard Specification for Epoxy-Coated Reinforcing Steel Bars <br />C. Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute (CRSI): <br />1. Recommended Practice for Placing Reinforcing Bars <br />D. Florida Building Code, Latest Edition <br />1.03 DEFINITIONS: (Not Used) <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS: The Contractor shall submit the following: <br />A. Mill Certifications of Grade 60 reinforcing steel. <br />B.
