The applicant agrees to implement this plan when relocating the trees subject to this permit. <br />Any relocated tree that dies or in the opinion of DRER becomes nonviable within one (1) year from the final inspection date <br />shall be replaced according to the standards set forth in Section 24 -49.4 (2)(c). Replacement shall take place within three (3) <br />months of the tree dying or within three (3) months of notice from DRER that the tree is nonviable.
