Summary Minutes:Regular City Commission Meeting March 20,2003 City of Sunny Isles Beach,Florida <br /> serve as Commissioner for more than two elected four-year terms"; and then from the <br /> bottom of the Ordinance the 8th line up, "...elimination of certain transition provisions". <br /> Commissioner Kauffinan asked if there are any Commission items rather then a Charter <br /> Review item that could be a conflict,and asked if there is delineation in any of these?Mr. <br /> Scholl stated that they actually tried to make some of these Commission items,to keep the <br /> ballot questions small, but could not, and that we now have 16 questions, 5 are material <br /> that effect the governance of the City, 11 are largely ministerial, and are listed in quasi- <br /> priority for sake of clarity. <br /> Mayor Samson passed the gavel and moved and C ommissioner Iglesias seconded a <br /> motion to approve the proposal on first reading, as amended. The motion was <br /> approved by a roll call vote of 5-0 in favor.
