PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> Action: Mayor Samson made a welcoming statement and thanked the Commission and the <br /> prior Commission, and Lewis J. Thaler led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag. <br /> 3. INVOCATION <br /> Action: Richard C. Schulman gave an invocation. <br /> 4. INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS: City Clerk to Administer Oath of Office. <br /> A. Re-Elected Danny Iglesias, Residential Area Commissioner, Seat 03, Southern Area; <br /> B. Newly Elected Lewis J.Thaler,Residential Area Commissioner,Seat 01,Northern Area. <br /> Action: City Clerk Hines administered the Oath of Office to the New Officers and <br /> congratulated them: <br /> City Commissioner Danny Iglesias <br /> City Commissioner Lewis J. Thaler <br /> Commissioner Iglesias and Commissioner Thaler then took their seats on the dais. <br /> Public Speakers: Henry Kay <br />
